My personal opinion about the TMZ blog was that it's a great way to keep up with the media and what's going on in the world currently day by day.

I mostly enjoyed the intense news about celebrities that were included in there. It helps me keep up with what's interesting out there.
One thing I disliked about this blog is that it takes you to another website just to watch the video about what the news is. I would rather stay on one page instead of multiple sites.
I like how it was organized, it would include the picture and text under. The text was summarized and easy to understand.
I would say the format was more on the casual and professional at the same time.
The authors purpose is to keep the world updated on a daily bases on what is happening with celebrities and tops that go viral. The media puts out video/pictures of topics that go viral and the author will gather more info therefore, you'll see videos of the incidence on the page.

What I liked about this blog mostly was how neat and organized it was it made it easier for me to go through each section.
This specific blog wasn't for me I would say. It was mostly about music and bands in specific.
Each topic about each musician or band was separate in its own sections.
The format was leaning towards the professional but it was mainly casual.
The authors main purpose was to give out information and updates about current bands and drama. The style I picked up from this blog was mainly musical bands and old fashion.
